Lead the governance, oversight, and performance management of a portfolio of strategic technology projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, business outcomes, and industry best practices.
Establish, standardize, and continuously improve project management methodologies, frameworks, tools, and governance processes to drive consistency, transparency, and successful project delivery across the organization.
Drive enterprise-wide project risk and issue management by implementing proactive identification, mitigation, escalation, and resolution mechanisms that minimize business impact and maximize project success.
Monitor and control project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and resource utilization while providing strategic guidance and support to project managers to ensure delivery excellence.
Develop and maintain executive-level project performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and portfolio analytics that enable data-driven decision-making and real-time visibility of project health.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across PMO processes, KPIs, governance models, and reporting systems through automation, digitalization, agile methodologies, and adoption of global project management standards.
Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and governance committees to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful program execution.
Establish a culture of project excellence by driving capability development, professional certification programs, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and best-practice adoption across the technology organization.
Champion organizational learning, innovation, and employee engagement through structured training programs, leadership development initiatives, cross-functional knowledge exchange, and technology awareness sessions.
Build and nurture a high-performing PMO ecosystem that promotes accountability, continuous learning, operational excellence, and sustainable project delivery capabilities for future business growth.
Demonstrated understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and drive AI-enabled business and technology transformation initiatives. Experience in applying AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, automation, and customer experience is preferred.
Academic Qualification
BSc in EEE or CSE from reputed University, MBA is an added advantage.
Job Experience Required
6-8 years of experience in relevant field.
Certificate of PRINCE-2, PMP, ITIL shall be treated as asset & any one of these certificates is mandatory
Required Capabilities
Sound knowledge on program/project management, Project life cycle management & risk/issue management
Comprehensive knowledge of Telecom (all areas) along with 3G & LTE
Sound knowledge on Program office & portfolio management
Hands-on experience on stakeholders’ management
Sound knowledge on CI (Continuous Improvement) methodology & applications
Proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
Excellent report writing skills
