We are looking for a Technology Product Manager to join our team.

About the role:

As a Technology Product Manager, you will play a key role in the development, evolution, and success of our products. You will be responsible for defining and leading the product vision, leveraging market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on the SME segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from conception through continuous improvement.
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business and market objectives.
  • Monitor and report on product progress, ensuring milestones and priorities are met.
  • Analyze the market and the needs of business customers to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prioritize features based on customer value and strategic impact.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and solution promotion.
  • Monitor post-launch performance through key metrics (retention, NPS, adoption) and adjust the strategy as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive market and competitive analyses.
  • Experience in managing and developing ERP solutions.
  • Experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with and coordinate teams in cross-functional environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.
  • Ability to gather, prioritize, and implement customer feedback, leading follow-up activities to drive continuous product improvements.
