Join Specsavers as our new Technology Product Manager for B2B IT on a two-year contract and play a key role in shaping product strategy, enabling high-performing teams, and driving the delivery of technology solutions across Northern Europe.
As our Technology Product Manager in B2B IT, you will be responsible for leading the B2B product team and creating the conditions for them to deliver outstanding business value.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to align product development with business priorities and strategic goals. Acting as both a people leader and product leader, you will support your teams in delivering effective solutions while fostering a collaborative and agile culture.
You are a strong communicator who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity, and enabling others to succeed.

You'll join the Northern Europe Technology function and work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, architects, and business stakeholders across multiple markets.
In this role, you'll lead product teams that deliver technology solutions supporting colleagues, customers, and business operations across Northern Europe. Together, you'll focus on creating value through strong product leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
