We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Management to help drive the growth and evolution of UpToDate and UpToDate Expert AI across international markets. While based in Brazil, this role will support product initiatives across Latin America, helping ensure UpToDate continues to meet the needs of healthcare professionals across diverse healthcare systems and care settings.

Working at the intersection of product development, market intelligence, customer insight, and commercial execution, you will partner with teams across functions to shape the future direction of one of healthcare's most trusted digital solutions.

What You'll Do

Product Innovation

  • Drive innovation from concept definition through problem validation, business case development, and execution.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact product capabilities while balancing local needs with scalable global architecture.
  • Lead strategic product initiatives that support growth, adoption, and customer value across international markets.
  • Influence senior leaders through strategic analysis, business cases, and market-driven recommendations.

Commercial Partnership & Go-to-Market Excellence

  • Collaborate with regional commercial teams to support successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Contribute market and customer insights that strengthen positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Support go-to-market planning, launch readiness, pricing/packaging discussions, and commercial enablement activities.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand market feedback and identify growth opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Customer Insight

  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, buyer behaviors, and market dynamics across Latin America.
  • Support market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and business decisions.
  • Influence product investment priorities and roadmap decisions through market, customer, and competitive insights.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, including experience with software, SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or other technology-enabled products.
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for software or technology products.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, commercial, and/or customer-facing teams.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-country business environment.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare technology, clinical decision support, digital health, medical information, or SaaS products.
  • Direct experience supporting healthcare markets in Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, or other key regional markets.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled software products or generative AI applications.
  • Experience balancing local market requirements with globally scalable product strategies.
  • Experience supporting product launches, pricing strategies, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
