What you will do

As a Technology Procurement Analyst at Johnson Controls, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and streamlining procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing technology spend data, coordinating with various internal stakeholders, and supporting the development of procurement strategies to ensure optimal use of resources.

  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departmentsto understand their needs and develop procurement solutions that are aligned with organizational goals.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to collect and interpret procurement data, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

  • Maintain integrity in financial dealings by ensuring all procurement activities adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

  • Streamline procurement workflowsby leveraging technology solutions and automation tools to remove obstacles and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations with suppliers.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvementby identifying areas for process optimization and implementing effective changes.

  • Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and sharing diverse perspectivesto address challenges and innovate solutions.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and attention to detail.
