Technology Governance:
Merancang, menyusun, dan memperbarui kebijakan serta prosedur Teknologi Informasi (TI) secara berkala. Seluruh dokumen ini harus selaras dengan kerangka kerja tata kelola TI yang diakui (seperti COBIT, ISO 27001) serta standar industri yang berlaku.
Memantau dan menganalisis secara aktif setiap perubahan regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh badan pengawas, khususnya Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), serta lembaga relevan lainnya. Mengidentifikasi implikasi perubahan regulasi terhadap operasional TI perusahaan dan merancang strategi adaptasi yang tepat.
Bekerja sama dengan departemen dan tim terkait untuk mempersiapkan serta mengajukan dokumen yang diperlukan guna memenuhi persyaratan kepatuhan regulasi. Memfasilitasi penyelarasan seluruh aktivitas dan inisiatif TI agar selaras dengan ekspektasi dan mandat dari otoritas pengawas.
Bertindak sebagai kontak utama dan koordinator untuk seluruh proses audit TI, baik audit internal maupun eksternal (misalnya oleh auditor eksternal atau auditor regulator). Tanggung jawab meliputi penyediaan dokumen audit yang lengkap, memberikan klarifikasi atas temuan auditor, serta memastikan tindak lanjut (follow-up) yang efektif terhadap temuan audit dan rekomendasi perbaikan.
Menyusun laporan tata kelola TI yang komprehensif dan strategis untuk manajemen senior serta otoritas regulator. Laporan ini mencakup pembaruan status kepatuhan, penilaian kematangan tata kelola (governance maturity), serta inisiatif manajemen risiko yang telah dijalankan.
