Join us in revolutionizing industrial processes and enhancing customer experiences through digital transformation.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Support development and sales activities and offer training as an expert on utilized systems and technologies.
  • Moderate working groups to harmonize internal company standards, guidelines and specifications.
  • Represent Endress+Hauser in international standard development organizations and committees.
  • Manage and maintain the patent portfolio of Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions in collaboration with the Endress+Hauser Group’s patent office
  • Coordinate third party patent assessments and support patent checks as part of the product launch clearance process
  • Organize patent training and idea workshops to foster the creation of intentions and patent applications

What do we expect from you?

You:

  • Hold a degree in engineering, preferably complemented with practical experience in product and/or technology management for industrial process automation.
  • Bring at least 7 years of professional experience.
  • Have strong knowledge of fieldbus technologies and field device integration in process industries, ideally combined with an understanding of plant lifecycle workflows (planning, commissioning, maintenance).
  • Have experience with intellectual property, ideally in patent processes, portfolio management or collaboration with patent offices.
  • Are able to translate technology trends into strategic direction and actionable concepts for digitalisation and IIoT.
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience moderating interdisciplinary or international working groups.
  • Communicate fluently in German and English.
  • Are willing to travel internationally, approximately 10% of the time.

What can you expect from us?

  • A dynamic and innovative work environment at the forefront of digital transformation.
  • Opportunities and training for professional growth and career development.
  • A flexible and family-friendly work culture that supports work-life balance.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and wellness programs.
  • The security and prospects of an international, family-owned company that supports sustainability and diversity and has a long-term vision.
