We are searching for a Technology Operations Coordinator to join our team. If you are experienced IT professional with a passion for construction, innovation, and bridging the gap between business goals and technology, then please read on!

What you'll be doing:

  • IT Procurement & Field Liaison: Serve as the single point of contact for technology purchasing requests across job sites and offices. Establish and communicate a clear process for how field teams submit, track, and receive IT equipment. Coordinate with Entech (MSP) and vendors to fulfill requests efficiently. Eliminate confusion around who is responsible for ordering and managing tech assets in the field.

  • Asset Tracking Platform: Design, build, and maintain a centralized technology asset inventory spanning all devices, costs, and depreciation schedules.

  • SaaS Renewals & License Management: Maintain a living dashboard of all software subscriptions, renewal dates, costs, and utilization metrics. Flag upcoming renewals proactively and surface underused tools for potential elimination or downsizing. Coordinate renewal approvals across teams.

  • Carrier & Device Analysis: Audit current Verizon usage across company iPads and hotspots. Evaluate carrier alternatives and device refresh opportunities. Deliver a data-backed recommendation on whether to stay, switch, or restructure the current agreement.

  • AV & Office Technology Coordination: Coordinate with AV vendors and integration partners on conference room setups, display installations, and audiovisual equipment procurement for new and existing office locations. Serve as the internal point of contact between leadership, facilities, and outside vendors to ensure office technology buildouts are delivered on spec and on time. Work directly with Entech on network and infrastructure need tied to new office deployments.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Own the scheduling and coordination of meetings between SaaS providers, internal platform leads, and power users. Serve as the logistics hub for renewals conversations, platform demos, and user feedback sessions. Ensure the right internal voices are in the room and that follow-ups are tracked to completion.

  • Cost & Efficiency Analysis: Partner directly with the Head of Innovation to identify redundant tools, underused licenses, and consolidation opportunities across the technology stack. Produce regular cost reports and savings recommendations.

What you need for this position:

Requirred:

  • 2+ years in a technology operations, IT coordination, or systems administration adjacent role.

  • Baseline understanding of IT and networking concepts (VLANs, switches, wireless infrastructure, etc.) sufficient to communicate effectively with MSP partners and vendors.

  • Experience with asset management, MDM platforms (Mosyle or similar), or SaaS administration.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Comfortable traveling to job sites and satellite offices on a regular basis.

  • Clear communicator who can translate tech topics for non-technical field and office staff.

  • Proficiency in Excel or equivalent for tracking, reporting, and cost analysis.

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with AV systems, conference room technology, or office technology buildouts.

  • Prior work coordinating with managed service providers (MSPs) or AV integration companies.

  • Familiarity with construction or field-service operations environments.

  • Experience with Procore, Verizon Business, or similar platforms.

  • Exposure to SaaS management tools or IT procurement workflows.

  • Interest in AI tools and willingness to adopt new technology quickly.
