Technology Meeting Engineer
Cooley is seeking a Meeting Engineer to join the technology team.
The Technology Meeting Engineer is responsible for the firm’s strategy, governance, support, and lifecycle management of the firm's Zoom platform and global meeting services. This role ensures reliable, secure, and high-quality meeting experiences across all offices by designing scalable Zoom architectures, establishing operational standards, and leading global meeting support operations. The Technology Meeting Engineer oversees the design, configuration, and lifecycle management of Zoom Rooms, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Phone integrations, and related AV technologies. The role partners closely with Audio Visual, Network, Security, and Office Technology Managers to ensure collaboration technologies are standardized, secured, optimized, and consistently supported across the firm. They are responsible for platform architecture, operational governance, user support strategies, and vendor coordination. This position also leads the meeting support teams responsible for assisting attorneys and staff with high-profile meetings, firmwide events, executive-level conferencing, and ensures seamless meeting delivery. The expected annual pay range for this position with a full-time schedule is $115,000 - $160,000. Senior level candidates may be considered for this position and would be eligible for a higher salary range based on experience. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
