Marketing Manager Role Description
Responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive marketing strategy for Siemens Digital Industries in Chile, ensuring our brand's positioning and the growth of our product lines (TPEs) through expert management of the product lifecycle, market, and promotional initiatives.
Key Challenges and Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Annual Planning:
a. Designs, develops, and executes the Annual Marketing Plan for Siemens Digital Industries Chile, aligned with local and regional business objectives.
b. Leads market share studies to identify growth opportunities and optimize market penetration strategy.
c. Manages the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI) across all activities.
2. Portfolio and Market Management (TPEs):
a. Continuously monitors market access for all Technology Portfolio Elements (TPEs) and adapts the portfolio mix for each market segment.
b. Develops and oversees specific marketing plans for each TPE, from conception to implementation.
c. Defines, controls, and continuously evaluates the "Go-to-Market" for each TPE, ensuring its success in launch and positioning.
d. Ensures the availability and accuracy of key information for each TPE, including CPD, indivisible quantity (stock), selling price, and margin.
e. Manages price delta and volume delta to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
3. Promotion and Commercial Activation:
a. Coordinates closely with Sales Managers to design and implement promotional actions and campaigns that drive demand and support commercial objectives.
b. Actively promotes and prescribes all products and solutions through a variety of activities: workshops, conferences, courses, trade fairs, customer visits, publications in specialized magazines and articles, radio, and other digital and traditional media.
c. Defines the discount policy, ensuring its competitiveness and alignment with the commercial strategy.
d. Conceives and periodically reviews commercial policies to adapt to market dynamics and ensure the maximization of results.
4. Inventory Management:
a. Responsible for local inventory management, defining the characterization of MLFB (PTO, PTS), optimizing levels to ensure product availability and minimize costs.
3. Language Proficiency: Advanced English (ability to negotiate, present, and communicate fluently in an international environment).
