We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Technology Manager to lead our Synthesis & Analytical Sciences laboratory in Mumbai, India Reporting to the APAC R&D Director, this leadership role is responsible for shaping the innovation strategy, driving technology advancement, and delivering commercially successful solutions that support long-term business growth.
As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will lead a multidisciplinary R&D organization, transforming customer insights and market opportunities into innovative products and technologies. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Global R&D teams to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and ensure successful commercialization across the business.
This role offers the opportunity to influence the future direction of our technology portfolio while developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and scientific excellence.
