Meet our Technology Strategy and Transformation Team

Technology Strategy & Transformation is the advisory pillar of Accenture’s Technology practice, alongside AI & Data Services, Software & Platform Engineering, Intelligent Infrastructure Services and Managed Reinvention Services. We help Clients set technology strategy, assess platforms and vendors, and build the roadmap for a resilient, AI-ready digital core.

We work directly with Clients to solve their specific challenges. No two Clients are alike, so we stay flexible and pragmatic in finding solutions to non-standard problems.

We deliver consulting assignments across industries and geographies, working with some of the world’s largest organizations.

As a Technology M&A Consultant focused on Tech Due Diligence & IT Assessment, you bring sharp analytical skills and some experience contributing to Tech DD or IT Assessment engagements. You understand technology architecture, IT operating models and current technology trends, and turn that into clear, actionable findings under tight deal timelines.

What’s in it for you:

• Run Tech Due Diligence and IT Assessments for M&A deals, covering application landscape, infrastructure, security and IT organization
• Assess a target company’s “as-is” technology state and flag key risks, gaps and integration costs for the deal team
• Evaluate vendors and technology options against client requirements, and document the rationale behind recommendations
• Feed Tech DD findings into post-deal planning: transition service agreements, carve-out or integration roadmaps and day-one readiness
• Prepare clear, concise findings and recommendations for client and deal-team stakeholders
• Contribute to proposals and business development by researching industries, companies and technology markets

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Charismatic, confident communicator – able to build credibility quickly with senior client and deal-team stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to structure ambiguous client challenges and work independently
• Some experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture or Tech Due Diligence / IT Assessment work
• Comfortable working directly with clients on time-pressured, complex assignments
• Working knowledge of a broad range of technologies and how they apply to real business problems
• Practical experience evaluating vendors or technology options against business requirements

Working Conditions: 

• Headquartered in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.  
• Work is mostly remote, but the model is advisory-led and client-facing, so willingness and ability to travel to Client sites – mostly across Europe, occasionally beyond – for short or longer periods is required.
