Job Description
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/M Sc /Any Degree
Experience Required: 10-12 Years
Primary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka
Requirement:
· 10+ years of Software Development work experience using modern tech stacks like Java,
Event Driven Architecture
· Prior experience in solution architecture and leveraging the Design Patterns
· Prior experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot
· Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, data structure, algorithms,
and system-level programming (including multi-threaded programming)
· Experience is Kafka, AWS Cloud Services, Database (SQL ;amp;amp;amp;amp; NoSQL)
· Experience with high-throughput messaging technologies and patterns - Apache Kafka
· Experience with message brokers such as MQTT, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ is added advantage
· Experience in GraphQL, and AngularJS/ReactJS for UI is a plus
· Experience in building Unit ;amp;amp;amp;amp; Integration Testing
· Excellent coding skills
· Good communication skills in written and verbal form
· Expertise in building teams and delivering products using Agile development methodologies
(Scrum/ Kanban).
· Safe Agile experience is desirable
· What you do,
· Contribute to the end-to-end product life cycle for mid to large-size projects: Design,
development, testing, deployment, and providing operational excellence and support
· As a Lead Engineer your primary responsibility is to design, develop, document, and lead the
team technically
· You will get to build your own automation and reporting tools to provide capabilities around
the components/applications you own and will participate in troubleshooting production
issue
· Coordinate, and collaborate on multiple concurrent and complex cross-organizational
initiatives
· Effectively build and maintain a network of key contacts across the company, and leverage
these contacts to achieve results
· Communicate and work effectively with geographically distributed cross-functional teams
