• Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems,dataand voice communications activities at property.

What you will do

• Ensure critical systems, specifically Front Office Property Management System, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and Food & Beverage Point of Salescomputersystems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.

• Establish andmaintainuser procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.

• Provide Systems Administration, includingmaintaininguser/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting accessproblemsand completion of on-site documentation.

• Assistin Server infrastructure management, performance monitoring, Operating Systemupgradesand troubleshooting.

• Ensure effective support for other systems, including back office, sales and catering and human resources applications and any other at the property.

• Provide system support services, including service outage diagnosis, troubleshooting and restoration of service, virus protection management.

• Maintain and promote Four Seasons core technology standards as outlined in the Four Seasons IT Core Standards.

What you bring

• Minimum3years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

• 至少3年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。

• Being calm and patient andbeof service passion.

• 冷静耐心，具备服务热情。

• Good knowledge of Word,Exceland PowerPoint

• 熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。

• Logic, eye for details, approachable and willing to help
