Position Title and Overview:
Technology Infrastructure Specialist (Full-Time)
Auberle seeks a full-time Technology Infrastructure Specialist to serve as the organization’s internal technology lead, overseeing day-to-day technology operations by coordinating vendors, systems, and resources to ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology services across Auberle’s locations. The travel required for this position is occasional.
Great Benefits:
- - Health insurance through an Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA)
- - Generous paid time off, plus 11 paid holidays
- - Retirement savings plan and company match
- - Tuition reimbursement and loan repayment assistance
- - Professional development and training opportunities
A commitment to work-life balance

QualificationsPosition Requirements:
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
- Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.
- 3+ years of experience in technology operations, systems coordination, or IT project management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience coordinating with managed IT service providers or external technology vendors.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-size technology projects, including scope definition, timeline management, and stakeholder updates.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and present information to non-technical audiences of varying size, including staff, leadership, and board members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Reliability and punctuality; this role requires consistent on-site presence.
