Position Summary
The role of the Infrastructure Projects Manager reports to the Director of Technology. This position leads the Infrastructure Projects Team, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of server and endpoint initiatives. This position is responsible for managing team resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
Essential Position Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of server and endpoint administrators to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Prioritize and allocate project tasks based on organizational objectives and available resources.
- Collaborate with project management, operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements and establish timelines.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to remove obstacles.
- Develop and maintain resource capacity plans to optimize team efficiency.
- Define and enforce standards, processes, and best practices for infrastructure project execution.
- Provide expert technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for complex implementations.
- Deliver regular reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics to leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships to support successful infrastructure project outcomes.
- Ensure seamless transitions from project delivery to operational support teams.

Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in server and/or endpoint administration, coupled with at least two years in a leadership or team lead capacity. Demonstrate a solid understanding of project delivery methodologies and possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across teams. Additionally, experience in resource planning and capacity management is essential to ensure optimal team performance and project success.
Preferred

Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, or Jamf.
- Strong background in virtualization technologies, including VMware and Hyper-V.

Work Environment: This position will spend 80% of the time sitting while performing work in a standard office environment and 20% of work time standing and/or walking short frequent distances with occasional lifting, bending, pushing and/or pulling up to 50 lbs.
