From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience across a range of technologies, projects and business areas. You’ll get the opportunity to work with all areas of our business from instore, online, trading, supply and logistics to understand how Technology is the foundation for how a retailer operates. You’ll also work with experienced Technology professionals who will support your development and help you build the skills needed for a successful career in Tech.

Our Technology Graduate role offers a structured technology development journey, giving you the opportunity to build expertise across a range of specialist areas while gaining valuable insight into how technology enables our business. Through a series of placements, you'll develop your technical knowledge, commercial understanding and problem-solving capability while helping deliver technology that makes a real difference for customers and colleagues.

Throughout the role, you'll gain exposure to:

As Asda continues its digital and technology transformation, you'll be joining at an exciting time. Technology plays a critical role in delivering great experiences for our customers and colleagues, and you'll be at the heart of that journey.

You'll spend time in one of our retail stores, giving you first-hand insight into our customers, colleagues and operations.

As well as having the opportunity to work across other areas of our business including online trading, supply and logistics. This will help you understand how technology enables every area of the business and supports our stores to operate effectively every day.

  • Supporting the delivery of technology projects and initiatives

We're looking for ambitious, curious individuals who are excited by technology, motivated by learning and eager to make an impact. You might be a recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Information Technology or a related discipline.
