We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Enablement Product Manager to join our Technology Enablement team. This hybrid role combines strategic product management responsibilities with hands-on presales support for our AI and GPU server portfolio across the EMEA geography. You will work closely with local Sales and Business Development teams to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, support RFQs, and present our high-performance computing and AI infrastructure offerings. In parallel, you will contribute to product management activities for key GPU server product lines, helping define roadmaps, drive execution, and develop compelling go-to-market strategies and enablement materials. This position offers the opportunity to influence both product direction and market adoption of cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions in one of the fastest-growing technology regions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for GPU server platforms, AI infrastructure and Enterprise, aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in AI, ML, HPC, Enterprise and cloud-native workloads.

Cross-Functional Leadership
• Collaborate closely with engineering, hardware design, software, and operations teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.

Customer & Market Insights
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and understand emerging needs such as in AI and GPU computing.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Product Development & Execution
• Translate customer and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Drive product development cycles, from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Manage product lifecycle, including feature enhancements, performance tuning, and end-of-life planning.

Go-to-Market & Enablement
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and messaging.
• Support sales enablement with product training, collateral, and technical documentation.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Track product performance using KPIs and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
• Analyze usage data and operational metrics to identify areas for optimization and innovation.

Innovation & Thought Leadership
• Stay current with advancements in GPU and CPU architectures, AI frameworks, and data center technologies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Presales, or Product Marketing roles within the AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud computing, or enterprise server/hardware industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GPU-accelerated computing, AI/ML frameworks (e.g., CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch), server hardware architectures, high-speed networking, and modern data center technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, RFQ/RFP responses, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept support.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and roadmaps, write clear specifications and user stories, manage cross-functional execution, and drive products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in French or German is highly desirable due to the EMEA focus and key customer engagements in the region.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (approximately 20-30%) to support customer meetings, events, and team collaboration.
