🚀 At Omni.pro we are looking for our DXP Technology Director for LATAM 🚀

We are seeking a technology leader who will define and lead the strategy for the design, development, and implementation of Digital Experience Platform (DXP) solutions, including e-commerce and content management platforms (Commerce and CMS). This role will be key in driving innovative, secure, scalable, and results-oriented solutions that generate differentiated value for our clients and the business.

This position will be responsible for driving modern architectures, robust integrations, and high-level engineering practices, enabling the development of efficient, sustainable omnichannel digital experiences that can evolve with market needs.

We are also looking for a professional who promotes the strategic adoption of artificial intelligence, both in the development of solutions—enhancing personalization, automation, operational efficiency, and decision-making—and in internal engineering processes, fostering new ways of working that improve productivity, software quality, and innovation.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for building, developing, and leading high-performing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence, while leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence to optimize processes and accelerate value delivery.

The goal is to ensure that technology solutions are robust, scalable, sustainable, and easy to maintain and evolve, positioning Omni.pro at the forefront of delivering digital experiences.

Requirements:

🌎 Based in Latin America (LATAM)
🗣️ Advanced English (written and conversational)
💻 Experience with Adobe, Adobe AEM, e-commerce, and CMS platforms
👥 Proven experience leading IT teams and technology leaders
