About this role:
The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management.
Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Finance Technology (ERAFT) is responsible for providing the Chief Risk Officer, Chief Auditor, and Chief Financial Officer with technology strategy, development, and delivery of technical and analytics capabilities in support of their business and product priorities.
Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Finance Technology (ERAFT) is responsible for providing the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer with technology strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise product capabilities in support of their business and product priorities.
As the Product Management Director of Enterprise Risk, Audit, and Finance Technology, you will report to the CIO of ERAFT and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership over product management, product strategy, and delivery of enterprise platforms supporting Risk, Audit, and Finance organizations.
You will lead teams of product managers and product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and execution. This role will focus on delivering scalable, enterprise-wide platforms and capabilities that enable risk management, audit oversight, and financial decision-making.
This role will also ensure strong governance, prioritization, and alignment across enterprise stakeholders. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Risk, Audit, Finance, and Technology to drive product strategy, funding alignment, and delivery execution in a highly regulated environment.
In this role, you will:
Manage a team of product managers and product owners
Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned to enterprise priorities
Drive delivery of enterprise platforms supporting Risk, Audit, and Finance
Build support for product strategies with business and technology leaders
Establish product governance, prioritization, and funding alignment processes
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable, resilient platforms
Ensure strong risk management, regulatory compliance, and control alignment within products
Lead modernization of legacy platforms into integrated, enterprise product solutions
Drive adoption of product operating model, including agile and outcome-based delivery
Collaborate and influence senior leadership across multiple functions
Manage allocation of product and financial resources
Develop and guide a culture of product excellence, innovation, and accountability
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product management, technology, or related field
4+ years of management or leadership experience
6+ years of experience working in large financial services organizations of 100k+ employees
Experience delivering enterprise platforms or large-scale technology initiatives
Strong understanding of Risk, Audit, or Finance functions
Desired Qualifications
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership
Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive alignment
Experience with regulatory environments, governance, and control frameworks
Experience with agile product management and modern delivery models
Experience with enterprise platforms, data environments, integration strategies, and AI tools and technologies to drive modernization at scale
Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure and complex environments
Strategic mindset with focus on delivering business outcomes through product capabilities
Experience in creating & delivering technology roadmaps
Experience in managing on-shore and off-shore teams
