Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Technology Director in Iselin, New Jersey.

Job Role and Responsibility:

Develop the strategic vision for O365/SaaS, voice and multi-media engineering in partnership with architecture and support services. Strategy should include definition of the services, technologies, vendors, and security. Leverage Agile practices, product management disciplines, and follow SRE practices to ensure cost effective, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of the business. Lead the team supporting O365/SaaS, voice, and multi-media engineering deployment. Manage and perform migrations, the delivery and roll-out of upgraded Microsoft and other collaboration products including product decisions, design, migration, policy configurations, client information systems operations, maintenance, incident response, security evaluation, automation, network administration, and system engineering. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to employees, both managers and individual contributors. Guide, negotiate, and collaborate with various levels of executive leadership across Wells Fargo. Day-to-day guidance and problem resolution with Technology and Technology Infrastructure leadership. Develop and grow a healthy, diverse team and mentor great engineers and be a great role model of a service quality first and data-driven decision making. Anticipate, identify, assess, track, and mitigate technology risks and issues. Prepare and manage internal and external audits and other risk demands as required. Remote / telecommute work available, up to 2 days per week. Position required to appear in person at the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications

Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Amount and type of experience required: 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving technology strategic leadership experience.

Specific skills required:

6 years of experience building and leading next generation end user computing programs on a broad scale in a financial services environment;

6 years of experience transforming business and IT processes aligning them with digital/AI technology capabilities;

6 years of experience in modern endpoint technologies such as O365, Mobile and other voice, SCCM, Apple, Android, cloud, Intune, Azure, identity and access management, end user device security, Windows 10, Windows Virtual Desktop (DaaS), multi-media, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager;

4 years of management experience;

3 years of experience developing generative AI programs in Microsoft environments;

3 years of experience developing integrated data analytics and AI platforms;

Experience with Agile processes and cloud service development;

Experience with product roadmap planning, prioritization with product management; and

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver.

Salary: $261,248 - $360,000

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
