As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring that project objectives are met within defined parameters. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The day is also dedicated to steering the delivery team towards maintaining high service quality and controlling costs, while fostering innovation to support business growth. Continuous engagement with various stakeholders ensures alignment and drives the successful execution of technology solutions that contribute to organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of technology delivery activities to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical and operational challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and consensus.
- Capability to lead teams and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
