Job Description

Type of Appointment: Full time - Regular

Data Integrity * Student Success * TRIO Programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

30% –Data Management, Compliance, and Recordkeeping

Manage and maintain TRIO participant databases and electronic records; ensure accurate documentation of participant eligibility, services, academic progress, enrollment, and outcomes; conduct data-quality reviews; reconcile records; and maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and institutional requirements.

25% – Federal Reporting and Program Performance

Coordinate data collection, validation, and preparation for TRIO Annual Performance Reports (APRs) and other required grant reports.

Monitor progress toward program objectives, track participant outcomes, prepare performance reports and dashboards, and support

program evaluation and continuous improvement.

20% – Technology Systems and Technical Support

Provide technology support and training to TRIO staff and participants; maintain electronic forms, reporting tools, databases, virtual platforms, and other program technology; troubleshoot systems and support effective use of educational technology and digital resources.

20% – Participant Technology, Education, and Workforce Support

Support technology-based participant services, including FAFSA completion, college applications, career exploration, workforce and apprenticeship resources, digital literacy, online learning, and other educational and career platforms. Support emerging technologies, data visualization, workforce data systems, Learning and Employment Records, and appropriate AI-supported tools.

5% – Other Duties as Assigned

Perform other duties as assigned in support of BRCC and TRIO Program operations.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree:

Computer technology, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or quantitative science

Required Experience:

Minimum of five years of experience with database management, data analytics, spreadsheets, reporting systems, educational technology, and federal or grant reporting, including APRs and outcome analysis

Minimum of two years of experience in education. Demonstrated strengths in data-driven problem solving, program support, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration required.

Experience with research, grant-funded initiatives, cloud technologies, AI tools, or advanced data modeling preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong public speaking, interpersonal communication, writing, organizational, and technology skills.

Ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience:

Demonstrated experience achieving measurable outcomes within established timelines.

First-hand experience overcoming barriers similar to those experienced by EOC participants experience overcoming barriers such as those that affect EOC participants

Experience with research, grant-funded initiatives, cloud technologies, AI tools, or advanced data modeling
