Job Description

We are looking for a Technology Controls Senior Analyst to support the delivery of our Technology Controls Testing Program and help strengthen the management of technology, cyber, and data risks. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to perform controls testing, conduct risk walkthroughs, identify control gaps, and provide practical risk and compliance support.

What You'll Do

Perform technology controls testing, including assessing control design and operating effectiveness.
Conduct walkthroughs to identify and assess technology, cyber, and data risks, obligations, and controls.
Support the identification, assessment, and management of operational and compliance risks.
Provide practical input to stakeholders to strengthen controls and risk management processes.
Monitor and escalate technology, cyber, and data risk matters where required.
Support compliance with relevant risk frameworks, policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to risk awareness and a strong risk and compliance culture.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across technology risk and controls.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Audit, Controls, GRC, or a related field.
Strong understanding of technology operational risk management and controls.
Knowledge of technology audit and assessment standards such as CISA or CRISC.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, Essential Eight, ISO 27001/27000, and PCI DSS.
Understanding of governance and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Auditing, Business, Accounting, Law, Economics, or a related discipline is desirable.
