The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Senior Manager to drive the delivery of SAP-enabled transformation programs across the Central Asia and Caucasus (CCA) region.

This role focuses on leading SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ERP transformation initiatives, supporting large enterprise clients in finance and operational transformation.

You will play a key role in end-to-end project delivery, working across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments, while ensuring high-quality implementation and sustainable business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with a focus on Finance and ERP modernization
• Advise clients on ERP strategy, solution selection, and implementation approaches
• Manage and support the full project lifecycle, including:
• Business requirements and fit-gap analysis
• Solution design and system configuration
• Testing strategy and execution
• Data migration and cutover planning
• End-user training and change enablement
• Oversee multiple project workstreams, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and budget adherence
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance throughout the transformation journey
• Contribute to post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support business development and pre-sales activities (proposals, RFPs, client presentations)

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA cloud or hybrid implementations
• Knowledge of key SAP modules and integrations (MM, SD, PP, BW)
• Exposure to SAP Analytics, Planning (SAC, BPC), or Treasury solutions
• Experience in solution architecture, integration design, and functional specifications
• Participation in pre-sales and business development activities

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) and ERP transformation programs
• Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP implementations and managing distributed teams
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration and solution design
• Deep understanding of end-to-end finance and business processes
• Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle (from design to go-live and stabilization)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
