This role requires active involvement in advising the information technology function, ensuring that high-impact activities are effectively managed and executed. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals, driving improvements and innovation within the IT landscape. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking to support the evolving needs of the business and technology environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure platform solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments and provide strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware technologies within Platform as a Service ecosystems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
