About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to drive communications, operational readiness, process governance, and reporting across enterprise technology initiatives. This role serves as a critical connector between technology, business, and operational teams by creating executive communications, developing actionable Power BI reporting, maintaining SharePoint knowledge repositories, and ensuring consistent documentation and process standards that support successful technology delivery initiatives for the Technology Engagement & Coordination (TEC) Team.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes
  • Own and maintain team SharePoint sites, ensuring content is accurate, organized, current, and aligned with governance standards
  • Create and manage communications related to technology initiatives, project deployments, operational readiness activities, and organizational updates
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, knowledge articles, job aids, and training materials
  • Create and manage Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide operational metrics, project status, and leadership insights
  • Support workflow automation efforts through Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools to improve team efficiency
  • Coordinate information flow between business, product, field technology, and operational support teams
  • Monitor documentation and communication standards to ensure consistency across the organization


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of experience creating executive-level presentations, communications, and leadership reporting
  • 2+ years of SharePoint design
  • 2+ years of designing, building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience creating executive-level communications, presentations, job aids, and process documentation
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint administration, content management, site governance, and document control
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Power Automate and related Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience supporting technology deployments, operational readiness activities, or change management initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and business audiences
  • Experience driving process improvement initiatives and maintaining standardized procedures and documentation
