In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead change management, business readiness, communications, release readiness, and adoption activities across TM-IT initiatives.
• Translate complex technology changes into clear business impacts, actions, and decisions for stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive an automation-first approach by identifying opportunities to replace manual coordination, reporting, tracking, and communications with AI-enabled and self-service solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders to identify risks, manage dependencies, and accelerate decision-making.
• Coordinate deployment readiness, go-live activities, hypercare support, and major incident communications.
• Measure and improve adoption, user engagement, and business outcomes to ensure changes deliver intended value.
• Continuously improve change delivery practices through reusable workflows, templates, dashboards, prompts, and automation assets.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Change, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in change management, project management, business readiness, communications, business analysis, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Experience using collaboration, workflow, or project management tools in a fast-paced environment.
• A structured approach to problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and execution.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience supporting digital transformation, ERP, enterprise application, or technology modernization programs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ServiceNow, workflow automation, scripting, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and adoption measurement techniques.
• Experience building automated workflows, dashboards, self-service solutions, or AI-assisted processes.
• Certifications in Change Management, Project Management, Agile, or related disciplines.
