We are growing our Technology Advisory team and are looking for a driven Consultant who can work at the intersection of business, data and technology.

Our team supports clients across technology-related engagements, from strategy and business analysis through to analytics, solution design, implementation and delivery. Our work involves understanding business challenges, using data and technology to uncover opportunities, and working with client and technical teams to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys structuring ambiguous problems, working with data and stakeholders, and helping multidisciplinary projects move from concept through delivery. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and business capabilities who is comfortable in a technology environment and keen to continue developing their technical understanding.

How you will Make an Impact

Reporting to a manager or project lead, you will contribute across different stages of technology, data, and AI transformation engagements.

You will work closely with client stakeholders, analysts, specialists and technical teams to define business needs, derive meaningful insights and support successful delivery.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Understanding business problems, gathering requirements and translating them into clear data, analytics or enterprise technology use cases.
• Analysing business processes, performance metrics and datasets to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Supporting the definition of KPIs, dashboards and reporting solutions, while turning analytical outputs into a clear business story: what the data is showing, why it matters and what action or decision it could inform.
• Conducting research and assessments of existing processes, systems, data environments and potential technology solutions.
• Facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders and translating between business needs and technical considerations.
• Supporting project and workstream delivery through planning, action tracking, risk and dependency management, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Preparing clear, client-ready analyses, recommendations, presentations and project documentation.
• Working alongside functional consultants, data engineers, analysts, architects and other specialists to ensure solutions remain aligned with business objectives.
• Contributing to the development of our offerings, methodologies and ways of working.

You are comfortable moving between industries, business problems and different types of engagements. • Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn across business domains and technologies.

Your Business Analysis & Delivery Skills

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, project delivery, transformation or a related role.
• Strong ability to gather and structure requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables or solution requirements.
• Experience working with KPIs, management information, analytical outputs or data-driven decision-making, including communicating insights in a clear and compelling business narrative.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills, including managing actions, priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project and work management tools such as Jira and with Agile, Scrum or other structured delivery methodologies.
• Confidence facilitating meetings or workshops and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Relevant professional certifications (good to have) in business analysis, project management, Agile, data management or process improvement are advantageous, such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA/CBAP, Scrum/Agile certifications, DAMA CDMP or Lean Six Sigma.

Your Data & Technology Skills

• A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or another relevant discipline.
• Comfortable working with data and interpreting datasets, trends, KPIs and analytical outputs.
• Experience with BI or data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or other analytical tools is beneficial.
• An understanding of data management, analytics, cloud technologies, AI/GenAI or data platforms is advantageous.
