Working within Waterfall or Agile frameworks, a Business Analyst will work with a variety of disciplined focused team members all working toward a common goal of delivering value with quality and scale. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such within Technology and across our business partners to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices. Under limited guidance and direction, performs intermediate business and project analysis functions assigned by senior staff.

Onsite position in AEP Headquarters building 1RP, Columbus, OH

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for administration of our computer lifecycle program, including process creation, automation and asset disposal

• Assist with on-site computer inventory management, order receipting, computer assignments and accessory ordering to maintain appropriate levels of inventory

• Assist with managing our hardware vendors and processes

• Assist with coordination of E-waste vendor for scheduling disposal pickups

Additional Preferred Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good understanding of ServiceNow and workflows to support hardware ordering/receipting, asset management and CMDB maintenance

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field of study; Or associate's degree in computer science or related field of study with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Experience: In addition to any experience required above, 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
