About the Role

To lead the technology requirement analysis, design, and delivery of innovative digital solutions (particularly in the areas of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and reporting tools) that enhance agency experience, efficiency and business performance. This role serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives, user needs, and emerging technology trends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of business analysts (onsite and offshore) to deliver high-quality digital solutions for the agency platforms and peripheral systems across multiple initiatives and workstreams
  • Work with Business Stakeholders to identify clear business process flows for each journey, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate, engage with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
  • Define and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
  • Ensure that business requirements are aligned with business goals and objectives, and partner with development team to ensure solutions meet requirement needs aligned to business needs and requirements
  • Assist in conducting system impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives with tech leads and system architects
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to business analysts and other team members.
  • Monitor, track and report on requirement gathering and analysis progress, risks, and issues to program and senior management.
  • Continuously improve business analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis or project management , with a track record in banking/insurance environments and large‑scale digital or emerging tech initiatives
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of the business Objectives and Key Outcomes and the services they require to meet
  • Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streams
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Self-motivated, action-and-result oriented, team player, and demonstrable ability to influence others.
