We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the Instructors, Training Support, and Technology-Based Instruction contract. This project will provide high-quality training support, curriculum development, and technology-based instruction for the White House Communications Agency (WHCA J7) Force Development Academy. This is a full-time position, working onsite at the WHCA, located at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, D.C. This full-time role requires 40 hours of work per week, eight (8) hours per day, covering core hours from Monday through Friday (excluding US Federal Holidays) from 0800 to 1500.

So, what will the Project Manager at Terrestris do?

The Project Manager will be a key personnel position for the Instructors, Training Support, and Technology-Based Instruction contract, leading the Program Management Office, overseeing daily performance, personnel, deliverables, and ensuring all services meet established SLAs and customer expectations. This position is contingent upon contract award.

What does a typical day look like for a Project Manager?

You will:

• Lead the on-site Program Management Office at the WHCA Training Academy during core hours.
• Oversee daily performance, scheduling, personnel, administrative operations, resources, and deliverables for the contract.
• Communicate daily with the COR to resolve any issues meeting service level agreements.
• Manage and resolve reported complaints and grievances from contractor personnel assigned to the academy.
• Develop and maintain the comprehensive Contract Management Plan and Project Management Plan.
• Create and continuously update the Contract Personnel Staffing Plan to ensure required coverage.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Fill Rate and Staffing Level Reports to the Government.
• Deliver Weekly Activity Reports and comprehensive Monthly Status Reports detailing program performance.
• Identify and report on cost, schedule, and performance risks to the Government.
• Attend monthly Financial Management Reviews and quarterly In-Progress reviews scheduled by the COR.

What qualifications do you look for?

You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:

• A current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with Presidential Support Duty (PSD) eligibility is required.
• Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of prior relevant experience as a Project Manager.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience supervising employees.
• Experience leading people and managing large cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience developing strategies to mitigate issues and risks.
• The ability to work on-site during core business hours at the WHCA Training Academy (WTA) to lead the Program Management Office.

We will be extra impressed if you have:

• An Associate's Degree or higher.
• 5+ years of your project management experience specifically within the Department of Defense (DoD) project management field.
