About the opportunity

We’re seeking a Technology Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Application Services team, supporting the ongoing performance, governance and continuous improvement of core IT Service Management platforms.

The role is centred on supporting the ongoing enhancement and administration of core platforms including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence, ensuring they remain effective, well-governed and aligned to IT service management practices.

Equally important are activities relating to ITIL practices like Problem Reviews and Post Incident Reviews (PIRs). - analysing major incidents, identifying root causes, and working with teams to implement meaningful improvements that reduce risk and enhance service performance.

Key responsibilities including

  • Lead post-incident reviews (PIRs), capturing insights and driving follow-up actions

  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint

  • Maintain platform data integrity, documentation, permissions and governance standards

  • Contribute to incident, problem and change management processes aligned to ITIL practices

  • Support testing, release activities and reporting to ensure platform performance and usability

  • Assist with building workflows, templates, automations and knowledge structures

  • Provide support to service management and service desk teams, including low priority incidents

  • Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to improve service outcomes

What you’ll need to be successful

  • In depth experience in conducting post-incident reviews and problem management practices

  • Experience supporting ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence or SharePoint

  • Working knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and data

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and continuous improvement capability

  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Experience in Microsoft 365 tools and reporting environments

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation) are highly regarded
