Job Description

Our client is a leading digital transformation consultancy committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to empower businesses in the ASEAN region. With expertise in Salesforce, analytics, and digital transformation, our client helps clients optimize their operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive sustainable growth.

Critical Tasks (Maximum Critical tasks)

  • Engage with customers during the sales process to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations on cloud solution architecture
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of their offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
  • Provide technical expertise to address customer questions, concerns, and objections.
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects after the sale.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI, Cloud and Digital Product e.g. Adobe, Salesforce features and updates.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
  • B uild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organisations.

Required candidate background/skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with a strong emphasis on cloud or AI solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with leading cloud service providers such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
  • Cloud certifications are highly desirable. Strong understanding of digital application development on cloud, and digital transformation methodologies. AI/ML concepts are a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into tailored, impactful technical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of overcoming technical challenges.
  • P roficiency in preparing and delivering engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and comprehensive customer-facing documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
