The Humana Tech Chief of Staff office is seeking a Technology Advancement Professional to join their team. The Chief of Staff office partners with Tech leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic and operational synchronization with organizational goals. The team provides comprehensive support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), manages operational processes, engages stakeholders, stewards important relationships, and enables performance management across the Tech organization. Also, collaboration with Finance and Procurement for budget tracking and meeting cadence management is central to their work.

This is an in-person position in eitherArlington, VA; New York, NY; orLouisville, KYand will require in-office work 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and providesupport forBoard,Executive Leadership Team (ELT),TechnologyLeadershipTeam (TLT), and other executive-facing materials

  • Maintainand report onTech Scorecard trackingandcadence

  • Prepareexecutive-level presentations thathighlights data-drive challenges, opportunities, and strategic roadmaps

  • Support TechQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)and ensure alignment toCIOexpectations

  • Ensureallstorytelling andmaterialsreflect CIO priorities and executive alignment

  • Conductred team” analysis for strategic betsand initiatives

  • Assistwithannual planning and CIO-driven, cross-tech, or enterpriseventures

Required Qualifications

  • Must be available to work full-timestartingin Summer 2026

  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future

  • Must bea graduate of afull-time undergraduate or graduatedegree program,with anexpectedor pastgraduation date between Summer 2025 and Summer 2026

  • Must belocatedor willing torelocatetoArlington, VA; New York City, NY; orLouisville,KYor environs within commutable distance, and able to go into the office 2-3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing, or recently achieved,aBachelor’sdegree inbusinessadministration,information systems,analytics,or similar discipline

  • Proficientin strategy toolsincludingpresentations, documents, and data spreadsheets(canmaintaincomplex spreadsheets)

  • Comfortableinafast-paced environment withahigh rate of change and ambiguity

  • Managesconfidential information in compliance with organizational guidelines.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,200 - $107,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
