ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Education, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a closely related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and directly relevant experience in technology training, user support, instructional design, or digital adoption.
Experience delivering or developing training for Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, or other enterprise technology tools is preferred. Candidates with experience in user education, help-desk support, technology enablement, or adult learning environments are encouraged to apply.
Experience working in a healthcare or other regulated industry is advantageous.
COMPUTER APPLICATION SKILLS
This role requires mastery of the Microsoft Office suite of applications:
Additionally, the successful candidate must demonstrate the capacity and desire to learn a wide variety of specialized software to fulfill diverse business requirements. Platforms may include records management software, statistical analysis tools, limited scripting tools, and others.
