Job Description

Proces engineer for Genertaor Rotor Service department.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of design documentation and customer requirements
  • Process P-FMEA analysis
  • Development of processes and preparation of process documentation for the production of power generator components
  • Preparation of process data for RFQs (requests for quotation)
  • Transfer of design data into the MRP system
  • Analysis of error causes, participation in solving and preventing them
  • Active development and improvement of production processes

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education in mechanics or mechanics and energetic (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering)
  • Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation
  • English language – communicative level
  • Good knowledge of the production environment
  • Knowledge of the SAP system
  • Practical knowledge of machining processes and tools
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, NX)
  • Ability to accurately operate measuring instruments and interpret measurement results in the context of technological tolerances.
