Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Management System (TMS) Administratorwho can hit the ground running in support of our ION Reval platform, with a particular focus on bank onboarding, payment workflows, and Oracle Cloud integration. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of treasury domain expertise, TMS administration skills, and the project management discipline to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations including cash and liquidity management, FX and money market instruments, debt management, intercompany/in-house banking structures, and treasury controls, with experience applying these in a global, multi-entity environment

• Direct, hands-on experience with ION Reval (or comparable treasury management system (TMS) such as FIS, Kyriba, etc.) as a Global Administrator or SME, including system configuration, user management, and workflow setup

• Proven experience configuring and supporting end-to-end payment workflows in Reval, from generating payment extract files in an ERP, interfacing them to Reval/TMS, through to releasing payment instructions to the bank for processing

• Experience importing and processing bank statement formats (BAI2, MT940, CAMT) via automated integrations between Reval/TMS and Oracle/ERP platforms, and supporting both automated and manual bank statement reconciliation processes, including exception review and cash-to-general-ledger reconciliation

• Hands-on experience supporting integrations between Reval/TMS and Oracle Cloud modules, specifically Cash Management and Accounts Payable, encompassing automated bank statement imports, payment extract interfaces, and reconciliation workflows

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent bank onboardings simultaneously, coordinating the collection of bank requirements, technical specifications, and configuration details across several banking partners at once while keeping each workstream on track and on schedule
• Multilingual candidates are a plus. Spanish proficiency would be particularly valuable to support LATAM, and fluency in any EMEA language (French, German, Italian, etc.) would also be valuable
