To analyze, design, implement, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules while ensuring smooth business operations and delivering high-quality IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements, prepare analysis reports, and provide optimal IT solutions.
Analyze business processes and recommend automation strategies for improved efficiency.
Perform process re-engineering based on automation studies and gap analysis.
Plan and estimate timelines for developing new features, components, or modifications to existing applications.
Design storage test scenarios and ensure thorough testing in development and production environments.
Develop and implement business applications using JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Report Builder, AME workflows, and Oracle Apex.
Deliver analysis studies and make recommendations for IT interventions.
Execute programming tasks as per project plan and functional specifications.
Collaborate with key users (super users) to ensure proper system utilization.
Lead and manage end-user training sessions prior to system go-live.
Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of ERP Finance modules: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iSupplier, and Supply Chain.
Follow up on Service Requests (SRs) and ensure timely resolution.
Document all project activities from initiation to user manual creation.
Certification in Oracle Development Financial Track.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Finance modules (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, iSupplier, Supplier Management).
Proficiency with Oracle development tools: JDeveloper, Oracle Forms/Report Builder, AME workflows, Oracle Apex.
Workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts using practical examples.
System administration knowledge (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Education: BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Applications Development with expertise in Oracle EBS Financial modules.
Language: Arabic speaker (mandatory).
