Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Techno-Functional Consultant
with strong experience in
Microsoft Dynamics (Finance Module)
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in
3–4 end-to-end implementations
of MS Dynamics within the
Finance Department
, along with the ability to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and support stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and support
  end-to-end implementation
  of Microsoft Dynamics in Finance modules.
• 
  Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• 
  Configure and customize MS Dynamics Finance features as per business needs.
• 
  Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
• 
  Provide support in data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
• 
  Create functional specifications, technical documentation, and user manuals.
• 
  Coordinate with developers for custom development and integrations.
• 
  Conduct UAT sessions, user training, and post-implementation support.
• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in the system.
• 
  Ensure compliance with finance processes, reporting, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  4–6 years
  of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in MS Dynamics.
• 
  Must have completed
  at least 3–4 end-to-end MS Dynamics implementations
  in Finance.
• 
  Strong knowledge of
  Finance modules
  (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
• 
  Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design.
• 
  Good understanding of finance operations and accounting workflows.
• 
  Familiarity with integration tools, reporting, and data migration processes.
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 
  Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points):

• 
  MS Dynamics certification is a plus.
• 
  Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is preferred.
• 
  Knowledge of SQL or basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.

Shift Timings:

• 
  Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
