Für unseren Kunden in Luzern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, technische:n SAP HCM Berater:in.

In diesem Projekt unterstützen Sie in der Migration von SAP HCM zu SAP SuccessFactors.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Beratung des HR‑Fachbereichs bei operativen sowie technischen Fragestellungen rund um SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM
  • Mitarbeit im SAP‑IT‑Team bei der Realisierung konzernweiter HR‑IT‑Initiativen, insbesondere in den Modulen Employee Central, Time Tracking und EC Payroll
  • Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der SAP‑HR‑Systemlandschaft
  • Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie Erstellung fachlicher und technischer Spezifikationen
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der stetigen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden und zukünftigen HR‑Systeme (SAP SuccessFactors und SAP HCM)
  • Integration von SAP SuccessFactors in angebundene Systeme mittels verschiedener Schnittstellen‑ und Integrationstechnologien
  • Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im 2nd‑ und 3rd‑Level‑Support

Dein Profil:

  • Umfassende praktische Erfahrung im SAP‑Umfeld, insbesondere in der Konfiguration und Nutzung der Module HCM und SuccessFactors
  • Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering sowie in der Business‑Analyse
  • Tiefgehende technische Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, idealerweise in mindestens einem der Module Employee Central oder Time Tracking
  • Sehr gutes Fachverständnis im SAP‑HCM‑Bereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Design und in der Betreuung von Berechtigungskonzepten und User‑Provisionierung in SuccessFactors
  • Gute Erfahrung in der Anbindung und Integration von SuccessFactors an andere Systeme
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse
