Auslegung und Umsetzung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätssicherungsplänen für IETD / Datenmodule, optional ergänzt durch 2D- und 3D-Grafiken (PTC IsoDraw, Adobe Illustrator, CATIA, Creo View)
Strukturiertes Datenmanagement: eigenständiges Abfragen, Bearbeiten, Bewerten und Strukturieren digitaler und analoger Datensätze sowie Umgang mit Formularen und Masken
Anwendung von Redaktions- und Terminologieleitfäden sowie Sicherstellung der Normen-, Richtlinien- und Kundenkonformität durch Pflege und Prüfung der Dokumentationen
Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, externen Auftraggebern sowie Unterauftragnehmern im Projekt- und Dokumentationsumfeld
Fundiertes technisches Verständnis, erworben durch eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in der Technischen Redaktion / Dokumentation, im Maschinenbau, der Elektrotechnik, den Ingenieurwissenschaften, der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Kenntnisse der Spezifikationen ASD S1000D, S2000M und S3000L wünschenswert
Praxis im Umgang mit Redaktionssystemen, idealerweise Abortext Editor, FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, sowie sicherer Einsatz von MS Office
Vertrautheit mit QuILS, APART, MadCap, MATCONF oder vergleichbaren Tools
Erfahrung in der Spezifikation und Umsetzung technischer Dokumentationsprojekte im Defense-Umfeld
Hohe technische Affinität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Einarbeitung in neue Technologien und Systeme
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
