Am Standort Wolfertschwenden suchen wir Sie für unseren Geschäftsbereich Corporate Finance/Controlling/Treasury

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse der Herstellkosten (Material, Fertigung, Overheads) sowie Identifikation und Realisierung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Fachbereichen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduktion sowie Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Business Cases.
  • Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen, Monitoring der Maßnahmen und regelmäßiges Reporting.
  • Verantwortung für die monatliche und jährliche Bestandsbewertung nach internen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
  • Bewertung von Halb- und Fertigwaren sowie Analyse von Bestandsveränderungen und Inventurergebnissen.

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Qualifikation, z. B. als staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Meister, Konstrukteur oder Ingenieur (m/w/d).
  • Kenntnisse in Fertigungstechnologien, Werkstoffen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.
  • Erfahrung in Kostenrechnung, Kalkulation oder Controlling von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) und erste Berührungspunkte mit SolidWorks.
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit rundet Ihr Profil ab.
