Im Materialanalyselabor unterstützen Sie die Entwicklung neuer Halbleitertechnologien sowie die laufende Waferfertigung durch detaillierte Materialuntersuchungen. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit modernsten Raster- und Transmissionselektronenmikroskopen (REM/TEM) und tragen dazu bei, Fehlerursachen zu identifizieren, Prozesse zu optimieren und die Produktqualität sicherzustellen.
Ihre Aufgaben
Präparation von Proben für materialanalytische Untersuchungen
Durchführung von Materialanalysen an Halbleiterproben
Aufnahme und Auswertung von mikroskopischen Bildern
Dokumentation und Interpretation von Untersuchungsergebnissen
Erstellung von Analyseberichten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Entwicklungsteams
Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Labor- und Geräteanwendung
Erforderliche Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Physiklaboranten, Werkstoffprüfer oder artverwandten Berufen (auch Zahntechnik oder ähnliches)
Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Laborarbeit
Erste Erfahrungen in der Elektronenmikroskopie wären von Vorteil
Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Standard-PC-Programmen von Microsoft
Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache
Eigenständigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem

Introduction
In the Materials Analysis Laboratory, you will support the development of new semiconductor technologies as well as ongoing wafer manufacturing through detailed material investigations. Working with state-of-the-art scanning and transmission electron microscopes (SEM/TEM), you will help identify root causes of failures, optimize processes, and ensure product quality.
Your Job
Prepare samples for materials analysis investigations
Perform material analyses on semiconductor samples
Capture and evaluate microscopic images
Document and interpret analysis results
Create technical analysis reports
Collaborate closely with internal engineering and development teams
Ensure proper use of laboratory equipment and adherence to laboratory procedures
Required Qualifications
Completed vocational training as a Physics Laboratory Technician, Materials Testing Technician, or a related profession (e.g., Dental Technician or similar)
Basic laboratory skills and knowledge
Initial experience with electron microscopy is an advantage
Basic proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications
Basic English language skills
Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
