Für unser Facility-Management-Team suchen wir am Standort Lampertheim, Hessen, einen Techniker (w/m/d) Gebäudetechnik.
Sie übernehmen die technische Umsetzung von Projekten der Gebäudeautomation, mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Neuaufbau und der Erweiterung der Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT) inklusive Visualisierung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen die Mitwirkung bei Planung und Umsetzung, Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfung, Störungsanalyse sowie die technische Dokumentation und Optimierung der Anlagen im laufenden Betrieb.
Planung und Entwicklung von Automatisierungslösungen: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Systemintegrationen für moderne Gebäudeautomations- und Leittechnikanlagen.
Schnittstellenmanagement: Integration verschiedener Gewerke (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Beleuchtung, Sicherheitstechnik) in eine einheitliche Gebäudeleittechniklösung inkl. Visualisierung.
Programmierung und Parametrierung: Erstellung, Anpassung und Pflege von Steuerungssoftware für Gebäudeautomationssysteme (z.B. BACnet, KNX, Modbus).
Inbetriebnahme und Tests: Übernahme der Inbetriebnahme vor Ort sowie Durchführung von Funktionstests, Fehleranalysen und Optimierungen der Systeme.
Support und Wartung: Technischer Support, Störungsbehebung, Planung und Überwachung der Wartungsarbeiten für Bestandsanlagen.
Dokumentation und Reporting: Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Systembeschreibungen und Berichte über Projektfortschritte und Fehleranalysen.
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Elektronik, Gebäude‑ oder Automatisierungstechnik) oder eine Weiterqualifikation zum Techniker oder Meister
Alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Disziplin.
Fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudeautomation und Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT)
Praxiserfahrung in der Inbetriebnahme von Automatisierungs‑ und Steuerungssystemen
Sichere Kenntnisse in der Programmierung, Parametrierung und Anpassung von Automatisierungslösungen
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Service‑ und Kundenorientierung sowie klare Kommunikationsstärke
Sehr gut Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
