Job Description

Notre client est un acteur industriel international reconnu dans la fabrication d'équipements automobiles.

Vos missions

En tant que Technicien Support IT (niveau 2), vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

  • Assurer le support informatique (1er et 2ème niveau) auprès des collaborateurs internes.
  • Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre les incidents liés au hardware, aux logiciels et aux postes de travail.
  • Installer, configurer et maintenir les équipements et logiciels informatiques.
  • Gérer les demandes via un système de tickets.
  • Participer au renouvellement, à l’inventaire et à la gestion du stock de matériel informatique.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes dans le cadre de différents projets IT et initiatives d’amélioration continue.

Vos compétences

En tant que Technicien Support IT, votre profil est décrit comme suit :

  • Vous disposez d’une formation en informatique ou d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous justifiez idéalement d'au moins 2 années d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous possédez un bon sens du service et appréciez le contact avec les utilisateurs.
  • Vous maîtrisez au minimum deux des langues suivantes : français, allemand et anglais
  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’organisation et de réactivité face aux imprévus.
