Key Responsibilities

• Applique les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et de sécurité au travail
• Prend connaissance du planning de production établi et suit les OF
• Réalise les changements de production
• Applique et respecte les fiches de réglage
• Réalise les contrôles de qualité des produits et alerte en cas de dérive
• Participe à l’enregistrement des contrôles de qualité
• Prend en charge occasionnellement l’astreinte de week-end
• Réalise les opérations d’entretien et de maintenance de 1er et 2e niveau
• Participe aux essais de moules ou de matières
• Réalise le démarrage, le réglage, le suivi et l’arrêt des lignes d’extrusion
• Réalise la mise au point des presses
• Identifie et règle les problèmes de qualité
• Suit les temps de cycle avec LN, le taux de rebut, le taux de gâche
• Définit les fiches de réglage
  
  Education and Experience
• De bac pro à bac +2

Knowledge and Skills

• Maîtrise le processus de production
• Maîtrise les réglages en injection et extrusion
• Travaille en autonomie avec rigueur, sert de référent
