coordonner l'équipe de techniciens en charge des activités d’expertise, de démontage, remontage et tests sur les machines tournantes (pompes, compresseurs, réducteurs, etc).
Planifier, organiser et contrôler les opérations de maintenance préventive et corrective
Suivi technique
Garantir la conformité technique des interventions sur pompes, compresseurs et réducteurs selon les standards API 610 / 682 et exigences clients.
Contrôler la qualité des interventions mécaniques (alignement, équilibrage, diagnostic) réalisées par ses équipes.
Suivre l’état des pièces de rechange / stocks consommables et anticiper les besoins critiques.
Réceptionner et contrôler les pièces détachées fournies par les clients et/ou le service Achat.
Gestion & reporting
Rédiger les rapports techniques après intervention comprenant les informations équipement, les rapports de métrologie / d’équilibrage, les tests de fin d’intervention, les photos, les observations et recommandations.
Assurer le reporting auprès du Chef D’Atelier.
Assurer la traçabilité documentaire (Rapport, fiche de réception, note d’entrée/sortie).
Expérience
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en maintenance mécanique et en atelier.
Expérience confirmée sur machines tournantes (pompes, compresseurs, réducteurs).
Expérience en environnement Oil & Gas / Pétrochimie fortement appréciée.
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise des techniques de maintenance (expertise, démontage, montage, équilibrage, test) des machines tournantes et des garnitures.
Maîtrise des tolérances APIs.
Maîtrise des outils de mesures, de métrologies, des techniques d’alignements, d’équilibrage et de diagnostic vibratoire.
Lecture et interprétation de plans, schémas et spécifications techniques.
