Dans un contexte de croissance, l'organisation souhaite intégrer un(e) technicien(ne) en évaluation commerciale afin de soutenir ses équipes dans la réalisation de mandats variés.
Rôle
Relevant d'évaluateurs agréés, la personne sélectionnée participera activement à l'analyse et à l'évaluation d'actifs immobiliers commerciaux (bureau, industriel, multi-résidentiel, retail).
