Technicien en bâtiment – JLL

Ce que ce poste implique :

En tant que technicien en bâtiment, vous serez responsable de la réalisation d'activités de maintenance et d'entretien essentielles pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations du site. Sous la supervision du gestionnaire des installations JLL, vous contribuerez directement à maintenir les bâtiments en conformité avec les normes applicables et les Bonnes pratiques de fabrication, tout en soutenant les objectifs opérationnels de JLL. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement industriel dynamique où votre travail aura un impact direct sur la sécurité, la fonctionnalité et l'apparence des installations.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

• Effectuer la maintenance et l'entretien intérieur et extérieur des bâtiments du site dans le respect des normes de santé-sécurité-environnement et des Bonnes pratiques de fabrication

• Réaliser des tâches de maintenance telles que travaux de nettoyage, peinture, diverses réparations, gestion des extincteurs et système de protection incendie

• Gérer et coordonner les réparations mineures aux murs, portes, plafonds et fenêtres, ainsi que le remplacement des tuiles de plafond

• Assurer la gestion de l'inventaire des clés et de la serrurerie

• Soutenir et coordonner les activités de déneigement (stationnement, trottoirs et toit)

• Administrer les activités des contracteurs : contrôle d'accès, surveillance des prestations, revues de prestation et des rapports produits

• Procéder à l'achat d'accessoires et équipements divers relatifs à la maintenance et l'entretien des bâtiments

Qualifications requises :

• Diplôme d'études secondaires V

• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en maintenance de bâtiments industriels ou commerciaux

• Aptitudes pour le travail en équipe et facilité dans les relations interpersonnelles

• Sens de l'organisation dans l'établissement des priorités et l'exécution de tâches manuelles

• Habiletés de communication orale et écrite

• Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français/anglais)

Qualifications préférées :

• Familiarité avec les logiciels d'entretien informatisés (CMMS)

• Connaissance de Microsoft Office

• Expérience avec l'application des PON reliées à la gestion des installations

• Expérience dans le contrôle parasitaire

• Participation antérieure à des programmes d'amélioration continue

Building Technician – JLL

What this job involves:

As a Building Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and upkeep activities to ensure the proper operation of site facilities. Reporting to the JLL Facilities Manager, you will directly contribute to maintaining buildings in compliance with applicable standards and Good Manufacturing Practices while supporting JLL's operational objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment where your work will have a direct impact on the safety, functionality, and appearance of the facilities.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform interior and exterior building maintenance and upkeep for the site in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Execute maintenance tasks such as cleaning work, painting, various repairs, management of fire extinguishers and fire protection systems

• Manage and coordinate minor repairs to walls, doors, ceilings, and windows, as well as ceiling tile replacement

• Ensure management of key inventory and locksmith services

• Support and coordinate snow removal activities (parking lot, sidewalks, and roof)

• Administer contractor activities: access control, monitor service delivery, review performance and reports produced

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma (Secondary V)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or commercial building maintenance

• Aptitude for teamwork and ease in interpersonal relationships

• Strong organizational skills in establishing priorities and executing manual tasks

• Oral and written communication skills

• Functional bilingualism (French/English)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management software (CMMS)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with applying SOPs related to facilities management

• Experience in pest control

• Previous participation in continuous improvement programs

*Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
